We stayed at Hotel prestige for a week from the 18th to 25th October Thank you to all the hotel staff, you all helped make our week’s stay very enjoyable. The immaculately clean room, the shuttle bus down to town, (we didn’t hire a car and used the bus and public transport all the time) the Il Panorama restaurant, the surprise picnic breakfast prepared by Roberto at 5 in the morning for our trip to catch an early flight; all the staff were very friendly, very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. fantastico The hotel was delightful - stunning views, we couldn't get over how much you could see from the hotel & it's gardens. Beautiful grounds with so many lovely places to sit and relax. Very handy free minibus shuttle into Sorrento & back. Lovely place to relax after sightseeing on Capri & a visit to Pompei...no need to go anywhere, just enjoy wine & order from the snacks menu (not so much snacks as meals!) and enjoy the terrace and views. We were unable to visit Positano/Amalfi/Ravello due to landslide so we will just have to come back again!! Many thanks to the extremely efficient and friendly staff, but especially to Laura who went out of her way to give us information about getting around. We will definitely recommend you to anyone visiting the area & dream of coming back!

We enjoyed our stay here very much, especially the pleasure to be the first guests in the “Chalet Mediterraneo”. Thank you very much for everything. The service of this Hotel is amazing. fabulous views!!! The hotel sat atop a mountain that overlooked both the Gulf of Napoli and the Gulf of Salerno....fabulous views!!! Both my sister and her husband, and my husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversaries. The staff was most accommodating and gave us wonderful recommendations for dinners in Sorrento...one was a romantic meal with a breathtaking sea view and the other was a delicious local pizza place. THe free shuttle service to Sorrento was a wonderful amenity, we used it at least twice a day!! We had our own car, but this allowed us all to have wine with our meals. The Il Panorama resturaunt (associated with the hotel) was fabulous, the owner being very friendly and fun...we ate there twice in 5 days! They also had wonderful recommendations for our drive up the Amalfi Coast, telling us where to park, what was the best beach, local attractions in Positano, Amalfi and Ravello.. The breakfast was wonderful and had a good variety of foods. This was one of four hotels we used during our holiday and it was definitely the best. Free wi-fi and a computer for guest use was another wonderful extra!

We like everything at this Hotel.! The staff were amazing. I will like to thank all of them. They were helpful and always with a smile on their faces!!! The hotel has the most wonderful view of both the Sorrento bay and the entire Amalfi Coast. And even though the Hotel is up in the hill they have a reliable shuttle service to Sorrento. We been travelling all over Italy and so far this is the best deal we found! Strongly recommend !!!!!!

The Hotel staff is the most courteous that we have ever encountered, and we travel a lot.We upgraded our room to a sea side view for an extra 15 euros a night, and it was well worth the money. We had both the Bay of Naples and Sorrento as our backdrop. Set in the Colli di Fontanelli, the Hotel gives you access to major centres such as Sorrento, Poisitano, Naples, etc. while giving you a quiet relaxed vacation. The small shuttle is an excellent way to go to and from the night life. The small restaurant, Il Panorama is only a few minutes away by shuttle, but offers 5 star presentation and ambiance. Hats off to the Hotel Prestige. We do plan to return

Thank you for a lovely stay! This hotel is excellent; Maria and all the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. The rooms are good and the views fantastic. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento - an oasis of calm where you cannot help but relax. We parked the car in the free car park and did not move it until we left! The Prosecco for our wedding anniversary was a lovely touch, and the fact that it came with 3 glasses (my mother was with us) was an especially thoughtful gesture. I'd recommend anyone to stay here - we'll certainly be back!
