We had an amazing stay at this hotel This hotel is excellent and we would definitely recommend it to all travellers. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we were there and also when I emailed before we arrived. Pool and gardens very nice overlooking Sorrento. Good snack food around the Pool. Very clean rooms. Shuttle bus was excellent. What more can we say, if you are thinking of staying at this hotel 'Go for it', you will have a great time!!

The best thing about this hotel are the fabulous sea views.The pool area is really lovely with lovely views and was never very busy.There are walks through the grounds with tables and chairs in shaded areas.The staff weregreat, very friendly and helpful.Our room was very well fitted out.It was a great place to relax and the hotel provides shuttle buses in and out of Sorrento .We had lunch by the pool on a couple of days which was really lovely and very well priced.

Wonderful friendly hotel We have just returned from a week at the Prestige and cannot express enough our gratitude enough to everyone at the hotel. All of the staff were friendly helpful and made us feel very welcome. The chamber maids were so sweet and cleaned the rooms to an exceptionally high standard.We experienced a problem with our hire car and words cannot express how grateful we are for the assistance you gave us to solve this. You went out of your way to help us and we are so grateful for this - you are such lovely people and we wish you well with the future of you business but more so for the birth of your baby boy in July. I would recommend Hotel Prestige to anyone. We were on honeymoon and were given an upgrade with champagne on arrival. The food was excellent and very goof value with no additional charge for room service. The coach to Sorrento was free. The hotel location was superb and ideal for quiet relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The staff were also exceptional.

Free upgrade to a better unit with private courtyard. The hotel was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was great and the parking was easy, just across the road. The curtesy bus was convenient and always on time. Great spot.

We stayed at your wonderful hotel for 3 nights. We want to say a special thank you to Maria who was so helpful and kind to us on our 40th anniversary. She is a very special employee and went out of her way to talk with us and explain the olive harvest and wonderful things about Italy. Please tell her how much we appreciate her kindness. nice stay The hotel is absolutely stunning amazing design great combination of classical meets modern design. rooms very romantic with amazing view of bay of Naples and bay of Salerno very comfortable beds and fab bathroom products. The entire stay was delightful from check-in to check-out. I would not consider any other property in Sorrento after having experienced this property. Free regular 15 min duration bus service into Sorrento was essential and excellent.This made sightseeing shopping easy. Hotel is also on local service bus route to Amalfi Coast.Buffet breakfast was very good plenty of food and good service, there some frescoes on the wall that gives the impression to have a breakfast in front Capri Island , really cozy and gorgeous breakfast room .

our staing at hotel 10-2010 the best hotel that we had during our vacation in Italy! Service was excelent, all the staff is very friendly and make you feel very welcome, always ready to help at any problem or qestion . Stayed here for 1week in August..had a really wonderful holiday in a beautiful hotel.All staff were lovely,breakfast very good and all ameneties you want.Hope to return again.
