Reservations

The panel 'Book On-line ‘ , located to the right of each page of the site, is a simple tool that lets you check availability and book in a few seconds. At the end of the route navigation you will receive an e-mail containing all the booking details. Please note the number of your booking generated by the system. If you want to cancel your reservation, please contact the Hotel, writing an e-mail to

Guaranteed Reservations and deposits

While confirming your reservation, the system will require a valid credit card as a guarantee. Reservations made and guaranteed by credit card, will entitle you to check in over the established time without the need to warn the hotel for any delay. In case it would not be possible to honour your reservation, we will reserve a room at another hotel of the same category, and provide, if necessary, a free transportation.

Cancellation policies for individual clients

No penalty for cancellations made 2 days prior to arrival date. In case of No-Show or later cancellations, it will be charged, as penalty, on the credit card given as guarantee, the entire amount of your reservation.

The reservation costs include:

All rates are intended for one person in case of a single room, two persons for a double, and three people for a triple room.

The hotel is committed to maintaining all the personal information secure, in accordance with art. 13 D. LGS. 196/2003, through SSL encryption, which will encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address.

Early Arrivals

Early arrivals will be managed directly by the Reservations Manager, and are subjects to availability. Should you wish to have immediate access to the room, we suggest you to reserve one day in advance.

Extension of the Stay

The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation, and might be subject to availability and tariff changes. To check availabilities and conditions, we do suggest to get in contact with the Reservations Manager.

Supplements

Hotel Prestige, does not charge any additional cost for children under two years, sharing the same room with parents.

Additional Adult bed

: € 30.00 to be applied to the daily room rate

Additional Children bed (from 2 to 12 years):
€ 25.00 to be applied to the daily room rate
